Sales Representative – Nairobi & Bungoma

The sales representative will help in expanding the business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients, identifying their needs and demands and selling the company products accordingly.

Essential Functions

  • Identify informal sector groups (e.g., SACCOs, welfare groups, business associations) and introduce company products.
  • Collaborate with community health workers and medical providers to promote products.
  • Train groups on company products and premium payment options.
  • Onboard closed groups with proper documentation and premium processing.
  • Provide customer service support to address issues from closed groups.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.

Qualifications and experience:

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Have at least 1 year sales experience.
