The sales representative will help in expanding the business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients, identifying their needs and demands and selling the company products accordingly.
Essential Functions
- Identify informal sector groups (e.g., SACCOs, welfare groups, business associations) and introduce company products.
- Collaborate with community health workers and medical providers to promote products.
- Train groups on company products and premium payment options.
- Onboard closed groups with proper documentation and premium processing.
- Provide customer service support to address issues from closed groups.

Qualifications and experience:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
